A West Texas critical access hospital is seeking a Family Medicine physician to provide compassionate and high-quality healthcare to their friendly, close-knit community. Join a stable team of 2 other physicians, 4 PA's and 5 FNP's. Located in the heart of the Permian Basin, this facility is a short commute from Midland/Odessa.
The Opportunity:
• $335,000 guaranteed base salary + wRVU incentive bonus. $400k+ proven income potential.
• Total recruitment package exceeding $30,000.
• 4-day workweek with a half-day for administrative work , enjoy at-home call, and limited back-up call.
• NHSC Site, $100,000 in Student Loan Repayment for eligible participants.
• 4 weeks paid time off with an additional 5 days for CME .
• Participates in Texas County Retirement District: 250% Match! For every $1.00 dollar you contribute, they will match you with $2.50 dollars!
