- Work Schedule: M - F 8 am - 5 pm or 4 10-hour days

- Seeing an average of 20 patients a day - mostly adult patient population
- 35 Days of PTO - 3 days for CME - 3K towards CME - 401K plan with 5% match - malpractice with tail coverage - short-term disability (60% employer paid) - license and board reimbursement - life insurance - reimbursement of medical societies
