Opportunity Details:

Sampson Regional is seeking a full-time board certified (Family Medicine preferred) physician to join its new Sampson Convenient Care. The practice is located within a half mile of the main hospital and ER. With an average daily volume of 25-35, this clinic will see appointments and walk-in patients of all ages for a range of acute conditions. We seek a skilled and experienced candidate who is comfortable with being the solo provider and who maintains a strong focus and commitment to providing outstanding and compassionate care to all patients.

• Open 7 days a week: Monday thru Thursday 8A-5P, Fri 8A-12P
• Excellent work-life balance—No call requirements, overnight shifts, or weekends!
• Convenient, walk-in care provided for non-life-threatening injuries to both adult and pediatric patients
• Common needs treated include—respiratory conditions, digestive conditions, urinary conditions, skin conditions, lacerations and sprains, drug testing, IV fluids, immunizations, injections, sutures, x-ray (with radiologist looking behind), and lab testing
• Work injuries in Sampson County as well as follow-ups with patients
• Assist with training, orientation and clinical support for new providers, advance practice providers and clinical support staff
