**Family Medicine opening in Dubuque, Iowa** Tri-State border of Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin H1B Sponsorship Available **Position Details:** - Full-time, permanent position - 40 hours per week with 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of administrative time built in. - Established Practice and Patient Panel - Competitive compensation and benefits package - Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients extremely well - X-ray and Lab on-site - Looking for flexibility to increase patient access - Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination - Additional details by request from group - Average patients/day: 22-24 - Provide Supervision of APPs - Pooled phone call triaged through my-nurse call center: 1 week on every 5-6 weeks - Additional call 4 weeks per year covering Pediatric Admitting at Hospital - Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills - Strong leadership skills required to set the daily tone of the clinic - Dedication to highest tier of patient experience and quality metrics **Qualifications:** - MD or DO - Board Certified/Board Eligible - Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine in Iowa - Eligible to work in the United States - Ability to work as a team member **About the Group:** A non-profit 900-member physician group practice serving 2,000,000 patients from 280 locations in Iowa and Illinois.
