Family Practice Physician Pay:
- $200,000 - $215,000 annually + performance bonus!
-Monday - Friday day shift schedule.
Family Practice Physician Requirements:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine preferred
- Valid Illinois Medical License in good standing
- 1+ years experience in Family Medicine preferred
