Position:Physician Family Practice – Outpatient Only, Tampa, Florida Timeframe:ASAP Specialty Needed:FAMILY PRACTICE BC or BE, DO or MD OR INTERNAL MEDICINE PHYSICIAN WITH EXPERIENCE IN WOMEN'S HEALTH Starting Salary:$200,000.00 with sign on bonus options Full salary guaranteed as well as full benefits. Productivity bonus plan included. Call Schedule:Rotating call schedule with seven physicians Company Paid Benefits:• Health Insurance for physician and family,• Malpractice insurance,• $1,500 per year CME allowance,• Up to $7,500 in eligible relocation expenses,• 20 paid days off first year, and• Paid holidays.• Eligible to participate in 401k plan through Fidelity (eligible after 60 days of employment).• Basic Life - $15,000• AD&D - $15,000 All providers and diagnostic services provided by FMC will be priced at 70% of the Current Medicare Allowable (Locality 99) for HDHP Plan participants. When you utilize an FMC provider a lower annual deductible and lower copays as well as a lower employee coinsurance. This applies to both employees and dependents.
