Health group is currently recruiting a lead family medicine physician for their practice located in High Point, NC. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, enterprising, experienced clinician interested in growing a practice, community engagement and driving quality care. A proficiency in operations would also be valuable. In partnership with the clinic administrator, the lead clinician will be responsible for creating and sustaining aligned clinic culture, reducing unwarranted clinical variation, financial planning, oversight of day to day clinic operations and driving strategic change. The lead clinician will also serve as the connection point for bidirectional communication between clinic providers and medical group leadership.
Practice has been providing care for 7 years. The office is open Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm providing quality care that encompasses a patient's total health needs, from birth through adulthood. Average patient panel is anticipated to be 20-25 per day, per provider. Lab services are done on-site.
