Your Role With Us:

Salem Health Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician to join Skyline Village located at 5050 Skyline Village Loop S. At Skyline Village you will be joining a patient centered care team of 20+ primary care physicians, advanced practice clinicians, care management, RN triage, medical assistants, clinical pharmacists, licensed clinical social worker and PMHNPs as well as onsite specialty services.

Position Details:

  • 4x10 hour shifts with determined day off each week
  • Call rotation: Weekend call – varies

Background/Expertise:


  • Degree of doctor of medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine.
  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine.
    • Applicants who are not Board Certified must be eligible, actively participating in the Board Certification process, and achieve Board Certification within 5 years of initial appointment to the Medical Staff.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the delivery of patient care in an active clinical practice.
  • Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Oregon.
  • DEA certification
