Thriving clinic looking to expand with another full spectrum Family Medicine physician in a popular vacation destination along Lake Superior.
Position Details:
• Join 4 other Family Medicine physicians
• Minimal call required while collaborating with 7 others at nearby sister campus
• Obstetrics available with optional C-Sections
• See anywhere between 12-16 patients per day
• Extremely flexible scheduling options - 4-day work weeks are standard
• Family Medicine Residency Program coming by 2027
• Rare opportunity to incorporate inpatient rounding for continuity of care
• Independent, Autonomous Organization - Leadership lives in town!
Compensation Details:
• Hospital employed with salary guarantee, incentive bonus, and call pay equaling nearly $400,000 annually
• Lucrative sign-on bonus of $150,000 paid upfront with comprehensive benefits package
• A 6-month sabbatical is offered for every 10 years of employment
