Incorporate the full scope of primary care in this Upper Midwest vacation destination right along Lake Superior.
Position Details:
• Join an independent organization continuing to expand to meet community needs and collaborate with 12 other primary care providers
• Ability to incorporate obstetrics or other sub-specialty interests like Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care
• Autonomous setting that allows providers to practice freely without the feeling of being just another cog in the wheel
• Flexible schedule with the ability to accommodate interest in a 4-day work week or other preferred options
• See anywhere between 14-18 patients per day
Compensation Details:
• Hospital employed with salary guarantee and incentive bonus equaling over 300K annually
• Lucrative sign-on bonus of $100K with comprehensive benefits package
• A 6-month sabbatical is offered for every 10 years of employment
