Job description
A long term locum in Fortuna, CA has become available for a BC/BE Internal Medicine/Family Practice MD/DO. Position starts 2/27/23 and will be ongoing.
Required: BC/BE, Active License and DEA in CA, BLS/PALS and immunizations - 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years), Covid-19 Vaccine Series and 1 Booster
Details: Family Practice Clinic with mix of adults and children (Pediatric not required), with a schedule of M-F, 8A-5P including 36 hours of patient time (18 pts daily), and 4 hours for administrative time. NO call.
