Excellent opportunity for a TX licensed, BC/BE Primary Care Physician (IM or FM) for this growing value-based medicine practice in Rockport, TX. Rockport is located on the Texas Gulf Coast and has access to beautiful beaches, fishing opportunities and water sports. Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrician
• Active and unrestricted DEA
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines helpful
• Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators
