**Family Medicine opening: Parker, AZ** ~ On the border of CA & AZ ~ 35m South of Lake Havasu City and 150m West of Phoenix *25 Bed Critical Access Hospital* **About the Job** - Full-time, Permanent - Employed - 501(c) 3 Non profit - Hospital has full service digital imaging with echo/carotid capability, State of the Art, a 64-slice CT, MRI, digital mammography and nuclear medicine studies. - 3-bed ICU, with 22 patient rooms. - Opened new Surgery Department which also has a new Cath Lab within the department. - Emergency Department was built in 2006.   - In 2009 the Group built a new Rural Health Clinic in Quartzsite which now includes an Imaging Center with Diagnostic equipment. - Physical Therapy Department which includes Cardiac Rehab and a Gym open to the public - Newest addition is the Medical Office Building, which houses one of 4 Hospital-Owned Clinics and Urgent Care, open January 2020. - All departments are staffed with qualified, excellent employees and State-of-the-Art equipment. - Physician would see patients in the office setting and also have admitting privileges to the hospital - The hospital operates outreach clinics in Salome, Bouse, Parker and Quartzsite. - Also has a Specialty Clinic on site that provides office space to numerous physicians from outside La Paz County to provide services to local patients so they dont have to travel outside the area *La Paz County has been designated as a medically underserved area through the National Health Service Corps for loan repayment assistance* **Benefits** - Health, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability - Optional Life for employees and dependents - Optional Short Term Disability and other similar type coverage - Relocation Assistance for specific positions - Federal Credit Union - Paid Time Off - Extended Illness Hours - Reimbursement for Continuing Education - Education Scholarships and Financial Assistance available for critical need positions - Employee Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan - Eligible employees (30 hours or more per week) can contribute to a TSA through Charles Schwab Financial Services Company on the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
