* Service area of 70,000 people
* Full-time, permanent opening
* Employed position
* Health System is recruiting a BC/BE Family Medicine physician for their traditional practice located in the hospital.
* Location is a 25 bed critical access facility in Ishpeming (western Marquette county).
* The incoming physician will spend 80% of their time in our outpatient clinic and 20% on inpatient rotation within the hospital.

* Hospital employed group
* Joining 6 physicians and full support staff
* 80% outpatient clinic, 20% inpatient/hospitalist
* 1:7 call rotation
* Average 20 patients/day in clinic
* Average daily inpatient census: 5
* Replacement position
* Onsite testing and radiology
* Opportunity to supervise 1-2 APP's
