We are seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join five others in practicing broad-scope inpatient and outpatient Family Medicine. Regular ED shifts optional. Call is 1:5. Excellent visiting specialists. Active telemedicine program. Flexible work schedule. Excellent compensation and benefits package including first year guarantee, production incentive, health benefits package, loan repayment.
The hospital is ranked among Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals for the past two years. Serving population of 15,000+Â
Here are a few more details:
·        Inpatient volume is low. Our average daily census is 4. Physicians rarely have to come to the hospital at night. Our ED physicians manage most patients until morning.
·        First-year guarantee is $180,000. This may be negotiable depending upon experience & credentials. Production-based wRVUs paid for volume above $180,000.   Â
Clinic volume per provider = 20 - 22 patients/day
·        Additional income available by picking up ER shifts, but not required.
·        Loan repayment available.
