Locations:
- Amsterdam: 37 miles from Albany; 180 miles from NYC
- Perth: 42 miles from Albany; 188 miles from NYC
- Mayfield: 50 miles from Albany; 194 miles from NYC
**Position Details:**
- Full-time

- Currently seeking Primary Care physicians for Mayfield, Perth or Amsterdam Primary/Specialty Care sites.
- Reason for searches: retirements of current staff and growth.
- Shared call. Telephone call only - do not have to go to the hospital.
- The health system is designated a primary care physician shortage area through HPSA.
- H1B/J1 visa candidates in any specialty are invited to apply.
**Additional Details:**
- Sites are well-run, full of loyal and smart support staff. The hospital is independently owned and operated.
- The group has been in the black for the past 20+ years and is not looking for a partner or affiliate. 85% of the hospitals revenue comes from the strong network of outpatient practice and the patient loyalty that they possess.
- The system has a network of 11 centers, most recently opening one in Broadalbin, NY this past April. Will be opening one in Perth/Amsterdam next year that will be open access Primary Care, with Quick N Sick
(our version of Urgent Care) working 7 days a week. The group has an outpatient Endoscopy Center as well.
