Job Description

A Lebanon based client is looking for a highly skilled, compassionate Family Practitioner to provide evaluation and treatment services to all ages in the Lebanon, Pennsylvania area. Ideal candidates value patient-centered care and treating the root cause of illness, not only the symptoms. This clinic values improving the health of the surrounding community at an individual and population level and implementing inclusivity and equity in healthcare services.

Required Qualifications

• MD/DO with a current Pennsylvania Medical Physician License
• Current DEA license
• Willing to work with underserved population
• 1-2 years of experience as a Family Practitioner

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual
• Experience with EMR Systems

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality evidence-based care to a diverse patient population
• Document in Proprietary system thoroughly and efficiently
• Evaluate and treat patients comprehensively and refer to other providers when clinically indicated
• Oversee and direct support staff appropriately
