Scope of Work
- Start Date: January or February 2023
- Minimum Assignment Length: 6 month, 8 months or 1 year however no less than 6 months.
- Desired Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8a-5p (1 hour lunch). No weekends or holidays
- Scope of Work: History taking, physical examination, ordering of appropriate laboratory and x-ray procedures, interpretations and synthesis of clinical data, determining specialist referral when needed, hospital admissions, etc.
- Travel/Housing Notes: CCL may will cover housing, car rental, 1 roundtrip airfare
- Board Certified MD or DO,
- New Mexico state medical license and DEA
- ACLS, BLS, NM CDS
- Current CV in month/year format
- NPI Number
