Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified FM/IM physician to join our growing family medicine practice at our established Healthcare System in Otterbein, IN. This physician would join other thriving practice consisting of physicians and nurse practitioners, as well as an experienced support staff.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Practice Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Flexible schedule; No weekends or holidays
- Average outpatient volume: 18-20 patients per day
- Shared Call 1:4 with Nurse Triage System
- Physician will provide oversight to 1 NP
- Telehealth offered
- On-site lab
- Common Diagnoses:
- Child and adult wellness visits
- Back pain
- Endocrinology issues
- Hypertension
- Heart failure
