3 X FM/IM Providers needed Long Term in Remote Hawaii Clinics
*Location: Remote Hawaiian village 50+ miles from the nearest town; mostly native Hawaiian patient; gorgeous area/very tropical; beaches are not busy; lots of water activities, hiking, welcoming atmosphere
*Setting: clinic; clinic open 6 days/week
*Shifts: 8am - 5pm, 3-4 days per week in clinic; Call 10 days per month, rotating with 2 other providers
*Patient Demographics: children to seniors; some well-woman/routine gynecology
*Census: ave. 19 patients/day; 30% children, 60% 18-65 years,10% over 65 years
*Support Staff: Seasoned, well-trained MA and RN; EMS services in the town
*EMR: Athena
*Requirements: BC in Family or Internal Medicine, Must be able to see children and geriatric patients, Unrestricted HI license, Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits or unresolved cases), HI state Narcotics Registration, BLS, ACLS, PALS, Current Vaccination Card, must be willing to commit to 6 months
