- 100% Outpatient
- FQHC
- See all ages
- See an average of 22-24 patients daily
- Call: 2 weeks out of the year – triage call only
- No nights
- No weekends
- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
- EMR is Centricity; in September transitioning to Athena
- Will consider H1 and J1 Visa candidates
