Locations:
- Maryvale: 9 miles from downtown Phoenix
- North Phoenix: 12 miles from downtown Phoenix
**Position Details:**
- Salary $220,000 + incentive plan based on production
- FQHC Non-profit medical group
- M-F daytime hours
- Permanent positions
- FM physician who is BC/BE (if practicing, must be BC within 5 years of completing residency)
- Full scope practice
- Patient mix is concentrated in adult medicine
- Patient base is primarily commercial 3rd party insurance
- Outpatient (inpatient work available, if interested)

- Patient volume averages in low 20s
