**Hybrid FM/Hospitalist openings in Minnesota**
Locations:
- Grand Rapids
- Deer River
- Aurora
**Position Details:**
- Full-time, permanent opening
- Employed position
- Building a team of 4 Physicians and 4 NPs
- Brand new, 24 exam room, state-of-the-art-facility
- Work in collaboration with a 5 Physician team only 15 minutes away
- Hospitalist coverage 1 out of every 6 weeks - 15 minutes away at a modern, 20-bed, Critical Access Hospital with 24/7 ER coverage and Nurse Triage
- Hospitalist Call: 1 week & 1 weekend, every 6 weeks (serve as backup after ER docs)
- Optional: OB, ER, colposcopies, endoscopies, stress tests, and EGDs
- EPIC electronic medical record
