**Family Medicine opportunity: Yakima, WA** ~ Sign-on, Stipend, Retention, Starting, Relocation, Productivity **Position Details** - Full-time, permanent - Base salary ranges $209-$242,760 - RVU incentive bonus-increased earning potential (PCPS are earning close to $280k and above p/a) - 1-2 yr ramp up - Outpatient established practice, no hospital call, M-F schedules (Enjoy your evenings and weekends off to take in a show, yoga at a winery, biking, hiking, an outdoor concert, winery/microbrewery tours etc the possibilities are endless- and you dont have to travel, fight the crowds, or wait in long lines!) - Open communication and direct access to Specialists - Relocation package up to $15k (usually between $10-15k) - Sign-on, commencement bonuses - Possible stipend in last year of residency - M/D/V/RX with employer contribution - HSA - Malpractice/tail - Employer paid L/AD&D/LTD - Voluntary critical illness and accident insurance (allstate) - 401k match - FSA - Generous time off - CME time and allowance - Student Loan Repayment programs-all sites approved (HPSA 17) - Typical volume ranges 18-28+ patients per day with room to grow.
