- Service Area: 300,000
*Health system, located in Charleston WV, is seeking Primary Care Physicians to practice in an outpatient clinic location that is part of a multi-specialty physician group made up of over 75 providers.*
**Details:**
- Full-time, permanent openings

- The ideal candidate would be open to see patients of all ages (newborn through geriatric); however, this is not a requirement
- Candidates must be Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Outpatient clinic setting
- Multiple opportunities
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Expected clinic volume of 20-25 patients per day
- Call schedule: 1:4 or 1:5
- Greenway EHR, but changing to Meditech Ambulatory in Fall 2020
**Compensation Package:**
- Base salary, guaranteed for 2 years (3 years for J1 candidate)
- Production incentives - wRVUs with a set target
- Signing bonus
- Retention bonus used for student loan repayment ($20k/yr)
