**Rural Family Medicine opening: Canton, IL** Located 30m to Peoria H1-b Eligible **Position Details** - Full-time, permanent - Outstanding opportunity for a thriving Family Practice in a beautiful Clinic surrounded by nature! - Serving residents of this small town and the surrounding Spoon River Valley, you can live an idyllic outdoor lifestyle in town or in the country on acreage, or commute from nearby Peoria, IL, a metro area of 250,000 population. - Established practice serving the West Central Illinois community - Current providers include two Physicians and one Advance Practice Provider - Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients and the community extremely well - Dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access - Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination **Compensation and Benefits** - Competitive compensation and benefits package Two-year salary guarantee while you build your practice - Sign-on bonus - Relocation if needed - $5000 annual CME fund - 4 weeks PTO while on guarantee - 6 weeks PTO after you move to Production, - 5 days annually for CME - Medical, Dental, Vision benefits - 401k with optional 457b retirement savings programs - Long- and short-term disability benefits - Life insurance - Residency stipend for qualified candidates - Qualifying non-profit in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program.
