Location: 2 Different Locations in OK (50 & 30 min to Tulsa)
Start: 7/11
End: 10/22
Schedule M-F 8a-5p
Must see all ages
15-20 patients per day
Outpatient Family Practice clinic
BLS & ACLS required
BC Required & COVID Vax Required
Pay Rate: Market Rates
ANY STATE LICENSE
