About the Position:

Our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is actively seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team. This position is located in Hillsboro and features a flexible schedule, with a manageable outpatient-only patient load that can be adjusted according to your preference. Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician
• J1 Visa candidates will be considered
• Current residents who will graduate within the next year are welcome to apply

Practice Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days, with 4-day flexible scheduling available
• Patient Load: 100% outpatient duties with 14 to 25 patients per day
  • Workload is adjustable according to physician preference

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual base salary plus bonuses based on the wRVU model
• $20,000 sign-on bonus provided
• PTO, paid holidays, and sick time included
• $3,000 annual CME allowance
