Join this well established practice located 90 miles southeast of Des Moines, IA. They are seeking one to two more Family Medicine physicians to complement their staff. Two or three doctors may retire in the near future. There are currently 5 doctors with 5 midlevel providers. Telephone call will be 1 in 8. This community is a town of 10,000 located not too far from other large communities including St Louis and Columbia, MO. Base salary is $180,000 to $185,000. All sorts of incentives including loan repay of $80k over 4 yrs. Sign-On bonus, relocation, full benefits including tail malpractice insurance. 4 weeks vacation with one additional week of CME time plus a CME stipend of $5,500. They offer a two year salary guarantee to get your practice established. See 18 to 20 patients per day.
