Location | Jackson Purchase Medical Center | Mayfield, Kentucky
Adult Outpatient and Urgent Care
Start: ASAP after credentialing – Ongoing
No Call
Schedule: 8am – 4:30pm
EMR: E-Clinical Works
Support staff: 2 NPs, 3 Clinical Support staff and 3 clerical support staff
Preferred minimum of 3-5 days per week: Monday -Friday or Monday-Thursday

We will cover full travel/lodging and malpractice.
