Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established Healthcare System near Seymour, Indiana

- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 36 hours of patient contact
- Shared rotating call: 1:6
- Average outpatient volume: 18 – 22 patients per day
