**Family Medicine opening in IN**
* Located in Lowell, IN
* Seeking Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to meet growing demand for primary care services
* See patients of all ages
* Schedule: 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of admin work
* Flexible schedule includes one evening per week until 6:30 p.m. and one Saturday per month from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
* Practice Hours: Monday Friday varies by day, Saturday 8:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m.
* Average outpatient volume: 18 21 patients per day
* Strong mentorship from existing providers
Candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment and be team oriented. This physician will need to work collaboratively with colleagues and Advanced Practice Providers to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Candidate will also have a desire to develop strong ties with patients and the community in which they serve. They must display a professional skillset and be willing to build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families.
