Conviva Care Center, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is seeking 2 x full-time Primary Care Physicians (Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine) for our clinics in our Corpus Christi, Texas market.

A Primary Care Physician opportunity on our team can offer:

• Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm schedule and minimal call or Saturday coverage

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine

• Board certified or Board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Valid, unrestricted license in the state of TX

• Current, unrestricted DEA license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of two to five years directly applicable experience

• Experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patients with understanding of Best Practice in coordinated care environment in a value-based relationship environment

• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage

• Knowledge of HEDIS measures and quality indicators
