ARCH Placement is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our community health organization in Collettsville, North Carolina. The physician will provide quality, value-based healthcare, and seek innovative ways to grow primary care within two free-standing locations in Caldwell County. Services include primary care, behavioral health, onsite lab and pharmacy.
Overview:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00
- Patients per Day: 16-20
- Patient Base: All ages, mostly adult
- Providers on Staff: 1 Physician, 4 NPs, 3 LCSW
- Replacing retiring physician
- Salary: $240,000 - $260,000
- Federal loan repayment

Collettsville is located at the base of the Blue Ridge mountains. Thirty minutes from Hickory and Boone, home of two universities, excellent dining and brewery options, boutique shopping, live music, fine arts, entertainment, and outdoor activities including hiking, boating, skiing, fishing, and many, many more.
