• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm and every 6th Saturday from 9am-11:30am, No weekends

• Location: Within driving distance of Waterloo, IA
• Setting: Clinic
• Patient Mix: 75% Adult, 25% Peds
• Requirements: BC or BE required, BLS & ACLS, 5 years minimum experience, Available full time for 6 months
• Procedures: Locums to provide coverage at practice while waiting to fill permanent placement. Average number of patients: 18-20 and 3 exam room. You will not be responsible for supervising other Health Care Providers.
• Pay: $19,200/Month + Travel and Lodging
