FAMILY PRACTITIONER NEEDED!
Enjoy the financial stability of being employed by a hospital servicing a captured market with over 95,000 people. This is a very physician friendly environment because it is a fully physician governed system. This is a fantastic quality of life position as the incoming FP will be part of a 1 in 15 call group which covers only one hospital. A well established Hospitalist team provides 24/7 coverage of your adult inpatient work so you would only need to handle Ped inpatient work. OB is truly optional and if you are trained, you can do c-sections too! The FPs here average 80 deliveries per year. High risk pregnancies are scheduled to be delivered at another hospital which has a full NICU. OB call is 1 in 5.
The guarantee is for 2 years then you switch to RVU Production. Benefits include
5 weeks of PTO, pension, health, dental, paid malpractice, relocation, and the hospital has an
on-site child care center!
BASE OF THE ROCKY MOUNTAINS
This MONTANA town is a great place to raise a family as the public schools have one of the lowest teacher-to-pupil ratios in the entire state. In addition, there are private schools, a tech school, university, and one of the best Liberal Arts colleges right in town. It has one of the lowest unemployment rates in the US, a low crime rate, no general sales tax,
a stable economy, a domestic airport, low humidity, and it’s rich in American history.
Recreation includes music & art festivals, performance theaters, indoor mall, museums, rodeos, film screenings, minor league baseball team, train tours, boat tours, symphony, farmers market, dog sled race, swimming pools, hot springs, downhill skiing, snow boarding, ice sailing, golf, camping, fly-fishing, hunting, snowmobiling trails, boating, kayaking, mountain climbing, mountain biking, and more!
