JOB DETAILS:
  • Coverage Need: Monday to Friday, 8a-5p, with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
  • Start: As soon as credentialed (2-3wks to cred)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p
  • Cases: Outpatient, 21 patients/shift, 90% Adult/Geri.,10% adolescent/children (ages 5 & up), getting additional info. on census
  • Required Certifications: BC/BE FP/IM (must see ages 5 & up) MA License/MA DEA (both parts), **not required but would prefer Suboxone cert.**
  • Credentialing Time: 2-3 wks
