Central Montana Medical Center in Lewistown, Montana has an immediate opening for a Family Physician with OB who wants to relocate to Big Sky Country and become an active member of the community. It is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting a safe place to live and raise a family.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
• Board Certified or Board eligible if new graduate.
• Surgical OB required
• BLS or other life support preferred
• Full time, Monday through Friday
• IP & OP; approximately 15-20 patients per day
• Average 100 deliveries per year
• Call: between 1:9 and 1:10.
• Salary Range: Starting at $175K + productivity bonus. CMMC pays for CME, Malpractice, office staff and space, etc.
• Full employee benefits package with negotiated vacation, signing bonus and relocation package.
• Current MT License (or willingness to become licensed in MT), Current DEA, current proof of insurance.
ABOUT THE FACILITY
• Central Montana Medical Center is a 25-bed CAH hospital with an 85-bed (licensed; 65-bed staffed) 5-star rated Skilled Nursing Center attached. The Arts Building houses physician practices and is also attached . Additionally, a new state-of-the-art Rehab Center is located within the facility.
• CMMC provides a full range of services from rehab, home health/hospice, in/outpatient surgical services (2 surgical suites) to obstetrics, emergency, intensive care and high tech radiology services, accompanied with a complete staff of specialty physicians.
• CMMC is the medical backbone of the central Montana community and an important part of the economic, employment, and social fabric of the wide service area. The Medical Center employs over 380 people, one of the top employers of choice in central Montana and pays over 12.1 million in benefits and salaries each year.

• Lewistown is an agricultural community nestled at the base of the Judith Mountains in the geographic center of Montana,. Although mostly rolling prairie, farms and ranches, the Lewistown area features five beautiful mountain ranges – the Snowies, the Judiths, the Moccasins, the Belts, and the Highwoods – which grand 100-mile vistas stretch out below.
• The tree-lined streets of downtown Lewistown feature many well-preserved historic businesses and homes, and the location of Lewistown is excellent for anyone who enjoys outdoor activities.
• The angler will find excellent fishing in Big Spring Creek, an absolutely gorgeous and restored little river. Big Spring is the third largest fresh water spring in the world and supplies Lewistown with its water (no purification required!).
• Other nearby fishing holes includes the Judith River Ackley Lake and Crystal Lake. The hunter will find excellent habitat around Lewistown for mule deer, whitetail deer, elk and game birds.
