TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking a Locum Tenens Transgender Care Provider for a correctional medicine opportunity in Ayer, Massachusetts. This role offers a flexible schedule within a structured correctional healthcare environment focused on supporting patients receiving gender-affirming care.
Position Details

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide onsite clinical services supporting patients receiving gender-affirming care
Conduct patient evaluations and assessments as clinically appropriate
Develop and implement treatment plans
Monitor treatment progress and patient outcomes
Coordinate care with facility clinical staff and specialty providers
Provide follow-up care and ongoing management recommendations
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements
Appropriate professional degree, licensure, and credentials required based on provider type
Active Massachusetts license required/preferred based on facility requirements
Experience providing transgender and gender-affirming healthcare preferred
Ability to work independently in a correctional medicine environment
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and care coordination skills
