Position Overview
- We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a Locum Tenens assignment in Fayette, GA. The physician will provide outpatient primary care coverage Monday through Friday in an outpatient practice setting.
- The physician must be comfortable caring for patients across all age groups, with an expected volume of approximately 20 patients per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient Family Medicine care
- Evaluate and manage patients across all age groups
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Diagnose conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and examinations
- Provide appropriate treatment and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate care and communicate with other healthcare providers
