Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic care
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease
- Perform routine physicals and wellness visits
- Coordinate care with specialists and hospital services
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for Maine medical licensure
- DEA certification (or eligibility)
