Healthcare United is seeking an Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join a well established and growing primary care network in Northwestern Pennsylvania. This position offers 100 percent outpatient care in a collaborative environment supported by physicians and advanced practice providers. Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across all age groups
• Collaborate with physicians advanced practice providers and care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EMR system
• Manage patient panels and ensure continuity of care
• Participate in shared outpatient call rotation
Qualifications
• Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient care
• Ability to work in a team based environment
