Job description Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all age groups. The physician will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and helping prevent a wide range of medical conditions while leading a team of clinical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in clinical care, collaboration, and continuous improvement in quality and safety.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
~ Conduct patient interviews, perform physical examinations, and order or interpret diagnostic tests.
~ Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries across a diverse patient population.
~ Provide preventive care, including immunizations, health screenings, and patient education.
~ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
~ Provide continuity of care for patients with long-term medical conditions.
~ Make appropriate referrals for specialty or advanced care as needed.
~ Perform minor medical procedures within scope and privileges.
~ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
~ Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
~ Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
~ Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from an accredited medical school.
~ Active and unrestricted state medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).
~ Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
~ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
~ Prior clinical experience beyond residency preferred.
~ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
