About the Opportunity:
Join a supportive, patient-focused practice providing comprehensive family medicine and obstetric care. This role is perfect for recent or upcoming OB Fellowship graduates who are Board Eligible (with plans to become Board Certified within 1 year) or Board Certified in Family Medicine. Deliver full-scope obstetrics including C-sections, while enjoying excellent work-life balance.

• Predictable call schedule: 1:4 rotation, non-burdensome

• Team-based support: Access to urology, podiatry, surgery, cardiology, radiation oncology, hospitalists, OB NPs, and a BC Gynecologist

• Clinic setup: 3 exam rooms + 1 procedure room, state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment

• Patient mix: ~50–60% low-risk OB, 30–40% high-risk OB, 5–10% C-sections, low GYN load

• Nursery Level I: Average 1–2 admissions per day

Qualifications:
✅ Board Eligible (with plans to become BC within 1 year) or Board Certified in Family Medicine
✅ OB Fellowship-trained (completed prior to start)
✅ Iowa medical license (or willing to obtain)
✅ Able and interested in performing C-sections
✅ Clean malpractice preferred
❌ Not accepting visa candidates
❌ Not accepting locum tenens candidates
