Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine) - Hudson, NY

Job type: Full-Time/Part-Time (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Days) One weekend day per month required

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages. This role emphasizes preventive care, health promotion, and patient-centered service within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outpatient primary care across the lifespan, including wellness exams and disease management.

• Perform office-based procedures such as EKG, spirometry, pap smears, IUD placement, and minor dermatologic care.

• Utilize EMR systems effectively (Amazing Charts preferred) to document and manage patient care.

• Collaborate with administrative and clinical support staff to ensure efficient practice operations.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification (or eligibility) in Family Medicine

• Active New York medical license (or willingness to obtain; costs covered).

• Outpatient GYN experience required.

• Proficiency with EMR systems; experience with Amazing Charts a plus.

• Strong commitment to patient-centered care; experience in LGBTQ+ care encouraged.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary ($220,000-$275,000 based on experience) plus productivity bonuses.
