This role is designed for a physician who excels at balancing individual patient advocacy with the broader mission of community health and clinical readiness.

Job Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Direct a multidisciplinary clinical team with a focus on clear communication, decisive action, and collaborative problem-solving.
Preventive Readiness: Manage health maintenance and preventive screenings with the meticulous attention to detail required for military-grade medical readiness and occupational health standards.
Clinical Performance: Oversee acute and chronic disease management (e.g., cardiovascular health, metabolic disorders) using standardized protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Crisis & Resource Management: Demonstrate the ability to adapt clinical plans quickly in response to changing patient needs or resource availability, maintaining a calm and effective presence.

Qualifications

Education: MD or DO from an accredited institution.
Residency: Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency (experience in a military-affiliated or high-volume residency program is a plus).
Certification: Board Certification in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFM).
Licensure: Current, active, and unrestricted U.S. Medical License.
Mindset: A demonstrated history of leadership, discipline, and a mission-oriented approach to healthcare delivery.

Working Hours

Full-Time: M-F, Paid Federal Holidays off as well as 30 DAYS PTO per year.
