Crisis & Resource Management: Demonstrate the ability to adapt clinical plans quickly in response to changing patient needs or resource availability, maintaining a calm and effective presence.
Qualifications
Residency: Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency (experience in a military-affiliated or high-volume residency program is a plus).
Certification: Board Certification in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFM).
Licensure: Current, active, and unrestricted U.S. Medical License.
Mindset: A demonstrated history of leadership, discipline, and a mission-oriented approach to healthcare delivery.
