Job Responsibilities
• Document Patient Encounters Per Policy And Compliance Standards
• Collaborate With Medical Assistants And Clinical Staff
• Coordinate Care With Internal And External Providers
• Follow Ethical, Legal, And Professional Standards
• Participate In Quality Assurance And Clinical Improvement Initiatives
• Support Special Medical Projects And On-Site Services
• Maintain Ongoing Professional Development
Qualifications
• Board Certified Or Board Eligible In FM / IM / Geriatrics
• Active Or Eligible Unrestricted State License
• Active Unrestricted Dea License
• Current BLS And ACLS
Working Hours
• outpatient schedule
• daytime clinic hours
Skills
• strong communication and documentation
• familiarity with medicare and value-based care models
• ability to work in fast-paced outpatient setting
• proficiency with EHR systems (athena preferred)
