Seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary and specialty medical care to adult patients. The ideal candidate will diagnose, manage, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing disease prevention, wellness, and patient education.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct complete examinations and assess health maintenance needs.
Serve as a preceptor for trainees when required.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in medical records following clinic protocols.
Uphold strict patient confidentiality and comply with clinic policies and OSHA safety standards.
Participate in quality improvement activities and clinical reviews.
Provide call coverage and inpatient care when contractually required.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited medical school – Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in primary care, preferably in underserved or community health settings – Preferred
Active Oregon medical license, DEA registration, and current CPR certification – Required
Strong knowledge of clinical operations, regulatory standards, and FQHC practices – Required
