Our system includes two facilities and several outreach clinics. We have a strong culture of mutual support, emphasize evidence-based care, and serve as a vibrant teaching site for Family Medicine residents and medical students.
Practice Setting
* Hospital licensed for Acute and Skilled Care
* Four-bay Emergency Department (\~2,100 visits/year)
* Clinic open 4 days/week; average 15–18 visits per day per practitioner
* Physicians rotate to satellite clinics 1–2 days/week (primarily APP-staffed)
* OB suite with \~60 deliveries/year
* Integrated care team including Behavioral Health, Nurse Case Management, Community Health Workers, Diabetic Educators, and Dietitians
* Secondary referral hospital in (45 min ground)
* Tertiary referral hospital for cardiac/trauma in (45 min by helicopter)
Diagnostic & Ancillary Services
* Radiology: CT on-site (24/7), Ultrasound (5 days/week), ECHO (2x/week), Tele-radiology
* Mobile Mammography and MRI
* On-site lab
* Telemedicine access to Pediatric and Adult Psychiatry, Cardiology, Nephrology, Sleep Medicine, and Oncology
* PT services for inpatients and outpatients, including a new outpatient PT facility
