This highly impressive facility is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine provider to join its supportive, close-knit team in a community where families know their doctors by name.
Position Details:
• Enjoy unmatched work-life balance with a true 4-day work week 8am-5pm with no nights, no weekends, and no holidays
• No C-sections required - low-risk deliveries only (36 weeks and up)
• Minimal call with a 1:10 call rotation
• Two dedicated clinical support staff to help optimize clinical efficiency and patient-provider interaction
• This position is ideal for candidates who seek exceptional work-life balance without having to sacrifice earnings.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary guarantee plus wRVU bonuses and a $250k signing bonus
• 6 weeks PTO plus 6 paid holidays
• Total proven earning potential of $400k+
